A special Technical Session on 'Bangabandhu Chair Dialogue Panel' was conducted during Day 2 of the 2nd International Symposium on 'Disaster Resilience and Sustainable Development - DRSD 2021' organized by Asian Institute of Technology on 25th June 2021. The session was co-organized under the 'Bangabandhu Chair Dialogue 2021'; a series of special panels conducted annually under the 'Bangabandhu Chair' Endowment at AIT.

 

Hon'ble Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Thailand, H.E. Mr. Md. Abdul Hye was invited as the 'Special Guest' during the opening ceremony of DRSD 2021 symposium. Emminent speakers from national and international institutions of Bangladesh presented papers during the panel discussion and put forth their valuable insights on various key areas of sustainable energy and climate change in context of Bangladesh. The Guest Editors of the Bangabandhu Chair Special Issue Journals, Prof. Joyashree Roy, Dr. Indrajit Pal and Prof. Sheikh Tawhidul Islam also presented their papers from the journals during the event.
